This draft describes how the agency expects to handle personal information on this website and in a quote or service request. A lawyer still needs to review it. It is written for an insurance agency that handles nonpublic personal information, including the facts a quote needs.
What we collect
When you call, or when a form on this site is taking messages, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, the office you prefer, and what you want help with.
A quote can also include a property address, details about a vehicle, and details about a business. A service request can include a policy number and a certificate holder. A referral includes another person's name and how to reach them, and we ask you to confirm you have permission to share that. A job inquiry can include the role you want and a résumé.
How we use it
We use these details to reply, to prepare a quote, to pass a request to the office you chose, and to ask an insurance company about coverage. We do not sell personal information.
Uploads
A declarations page or a résumé sent with a form is stored in a private place and deleted on a schedule. The quote form takes a PDF, JPG, or PNG. A job inquiry takes a PDF or Word résumé.
Text messages
If you ask us to text you, you can stop those messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Analytics
This build does not load an analytics script. If one is added later, the pages will still work if you decline it.
